DMCA Policy

3. Response to Notices

Upon receiving a valid DMCA takedown notice, we will:

  • Acknowledge receipt of the notice within 24-48 hours.
  • Investigate the claim and take appropriate action.
  • Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material if the claim is valid.
  • Notify the content provider or user of the removal.

4. Counter-Notification

If you believe that your content was removed or disabled as a result of a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification to our designated agent. The counter-notification must include:

  • Your physical or electronic signature.
  • Identification of the material that has been removed or disabled and the location where the material appeared before it was removed.
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
  • Your name, address, telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the applicable court.

5. Repeat Infringers

In accordance with the DMCA, Xtream Codes will terminate the accounts of users who are determined to be repeat infringers of copyright.
